It took us 20 minutes to find parking. When we got to the fish market and asked at the information desk where the meeting place was, we found out that we needed to take the elevator from floor 6 to ground and then walk 3 blocks to the meeting location. We arrived 9 minutes late and the tour had already left. We have used Viator for years, and this was the first time we have had issues.”
