When we got to the fish market and asked at the information desk where the meeting place was, we found out that we needed to take the elevator from floor 6 to ground and then walk 3 blocks to the meeting location. We arrived 9 minutes late and the tour had already left. We have used Viator for years, and this was the first time we have had issues.”
